지방공기업법 제65조의2(예산 불성립 시의 예산집행)

① 공사는 부득이한 사유로 회계연도가 시작되기 전까지 예산이 확정되지 못한 경우에는 전년도 예산에 준하여 예산을 집행하여야 한다.
