지방공기업법 제65조(예산)

① 공사의 사장은 매 사업연도의 사업계획 및 예산을 해당 사업연도가 시작되기 전까지 편성하여야 한다.

③ 공사의 사장은 제2항에 따라 예산이 성립되거나 변경되었을 때에는 지체 없이 지방자치단체의 장에게 보고하여야 한다.
