지방공기업법 제64조의3(중장기재무관리계획의 수립 등)

① 자산ㆍ부채규모 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 공사의 사장은 매년 해당 연도를 포함한 5회계연도 이상의 중장기재무관리계획(이하 "중장기재무관리계획"이라 한다)을 수립하고, 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 확정한 후 대통령령으로 정하는 기한까지 지방자치단체의 장과 의회에 제출하여야 한다.
