Local Public Enterprises Act, Article 5 (Establishment of Local Directly Managed Enterprises)
지방자치단체는 지방직영기업을 설치ㆍ경영하려는 경우에는 그 설치ㆍ운영의 기본사항을 조례로 정하여야 한다.
Where a local government intends to establish and manage a local directly managed enterprise, it shall prescribe the basic matters of its establishment and operation by ordinance.
