지방공기업법 제18조(장기대부)

① 지방자치단체의 일반회계나 다른 특별회계는 예산에서 정하는 바에 따라 지방직영기업의 특별회계에 장기대부를 할 수 있다.

② 지방직영기업의 특별회계는 제1항에 따른 장기대부를 받은 경우 대부한 회계에 적정한 이자를 지급하여야 한다.
