Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Construction and Promotion of Use of Smart Grids, Article 11 (Certification Standards)

① 법 제15조제2항에 따른 인증기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 지능형전력망의 안정성 및 상호 운용성, 지능형전력망 기기 및 제품의 보안성과 관련하여 「산업표준화법」 제12조에 따른 한국산업표준 또는 국제전기기술위원회에서 정한 국제표준 등에 적합할 것

2. 지능형전력망 기기, 제품 및 서비스의 품질 유지ㆍ관리 및 사후관리가 적정하게 이루어질 것
