증권관련 집단소송법 제45조(금액이 비용을 지급하기에 부족한 경우)

① 법원은 권리실행으로 취득한 금액이 제44조제1항 각 호의 비용을 지급하기에 부족한 경우에는 분배하지 아니한다는 결정을 하여야 한다.
