중증장애인생산품 우선구매 특별법 제14조(교육)

① 보건복지부장관은 중증장애인생산품의 구매를 촉진하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공공기관의 구매담당자 등을 대상으로 교육을 실시할 수 있다. 다만, 제7조제2항에 따라 공공기관의 장이 제출한 전년도 구매실적이 같은 조 제3항제2호에 따른 비율에 미달하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 공공기관의 구매담당자 등을 대상으로 교육을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.6>

② 제1항 단서에 따라 보건복지부장관이 교육을 실시하는 경우 해당 공공기관의 구매담당자 등은 정당한 사유가 없으면 교육을 받아야 한다. <신설 2024.2.6>
