중소기업협동조합법 제74조(합병의 절차)

①조합이 합병할 때에는 미리 총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

③조합이 합병하려는 경우에는 그 합병 사유서, 존속 조합이나 신설 조합의 사업계획서 및 정관 등을 주무관청에 제출하고 협의하여야 한다.
