중소기업협동조합법 제75조(합병할 때의 설립 위원)

①합병에 따라 조합을 설립할 때는 각 조합의 총회에서 조합원 중에서 선임한 설립 위원이 공동으로 정관을 작성하고 임원을 선임하며 그 밖에 설립에 필요한 절차를 밟아야 한다.

②제1항에 따른 임원의 임기는 다음 정기총회일까지로 한다.
