중소기업협동조합법 제62조(임원의 겸직 금지)

①임원은 그 조합의 다른 직을 겸직할 수 없다. 다만, 주무관청의 허가를 받으면 그러하지 아니하다.

③상근 이사는 해당 조합 외의 다른 상근직을 겸직할 수 없다. 다만, 이사회의 승인을 받으면 조합이 의결권이 있는 주식 총수의 100분의 50 이상을 소유하고 있는 법인의 임원을 겸직할 수 있다. <개정 2015.2.3>
