중소기업협동조합법 제36조(사업계획)

①조합은 사업연도 개시일부터 2개월 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 사업계획과 수지예산서(收支豫算書)를 작성하여 총회의 의결을 받아야 한다. 이를 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.

②제1항에 따른 총회의 의결을 받기 전의 일반 경비 및 긴급한 사업비는 전년도 예산에 준하여 지출할 수 있다.
