중소기업협동조합법 제28조(창립총회)

①발기인은 정관을 작성하여 회의의 일시, 장소와 함께 공고하고 창립총회를 개최하여야 한다.

②제1항의 공고는 적어도 회의 개최일의 2주일 전에 하여야 한다.

③발기인이 작성한 정관의 채택 또는 그 수정과 사업계획의 설정, 그 밖에 조합의 설립에 필요한 사항의 결정은 창립총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

④창립총회의 의결은 조합원이 될 자격을 가진 자로서 조합 설립에 동의한 자의 과반수의 출석과 출석자의 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 행한다.
