Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives Act, Article 25 (Statutory Withdrawal)

①조합원은 다음 각 호의 사유로 인하여 탈퇴된다.

4. 파산의 선고

②제1항제3호의 제명은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 총회의 의결을 거쳐 행한다.

(2) Expulsion익스펄션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 3 shall섈 be비 carried캐^r리드 out아웃 by바이 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 against어겐스트 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

1. 출자의 납입, 경비의 부담, 그 밖에 조합에 대한 의무를 게을리한 조합원

③제2항의 경우에는 조합은 총회 개최일 10일 전에 그 조합원에게 제명 사유를 알리고 총회에서 의견을 진술할 기회를 주어야 한다.

④제명은 제명한 조합원에게 그 취지를 알리지 아니하면 그 조합원에게 대항하지 못한다.
