중소기업협동조합법 제138조(벌칙)

조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회의 임원이 조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회의 사업 범위를 이탈하여 대부(貸付)하거나 투기 거래의 목적으로 그 재산을 처분하면 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하거나 이를 병과(倂科)할 수 있다. <개정 2008.6.13, 2025.12.2>
