중소기업협동조합법 제137조(벌칙)

①다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2008.6.13, 2018.3.13>

②제53조제1항 또는 같은 조 제4항부터 제6항까지의 규정(제85조, 제96조 또는 제125조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반한 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2008.6.13, 2018.3.13>

③제1항과 제2항에 규정된 죄의 공소시효는 그 선거일 후 6개월(선거일 후에 행하여진 범죄는 그 행위가 있는 날부터 6개월)이 지남으로써 완성한다. 다만, 범인이 도피한 때나 범인이 공범 또는 범죄의 증명에 필요한 참고인을 도피시킨 때에는 그 기간을 3년으로 한다.
