중소기업협동조합법 제131조(검사)

①주무관청은 조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회의 업무 또는 회계가 이 법이나 정관에 위반된다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유가 있으면 그 조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회로부터 그 업무나 회계에 관하여 필요한 보고를 받거나 그 업무나 회계의 상황을 검사할 수 있다.

②조합원, 회원 또는 대의원은 그 조합, 사업조합이나 연합회 또는 중앙회의 업무나 회계가 정관 또는 규약을 위반한다고 인정하면 총 조합원이나 총 대의원 또는 총 회원의 3분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 문서로 주무관청에 검사를 청구할 수 있다.

③제2항의 청구가 있으면 주무관청은 조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회의 업무나 회계 상황을 검사하여야 한다.
