중소기업협동조합법 제130조(보고의 의무)

①조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회는 다음 각 호의 사유가 있으면 2주일 이내에 주무관청에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2022.11.15>

②주무관청은 조합, 사업조합, 연합회 또는 중앙회의 업무를 적절히 처리하게 하기 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 보고를 받을 수 있다.

③제1항제4호 중 규약은 제30조제1항 각 호에 규정된 사항을 제정하거나 개정하거나 폐지하려면 주무관청의 승인을 받아야 한다.

④ 조합, 사업조합 또는 연합회는 제129조에 따라 결산 관계 서류를 제출하거나 제130조제1항에 따라 보고하는 경우 중소벤처기업부장관이 지정하는 정보처리장치를 이용할 수 있다. <신설 2018.3.13>
