중소기업협동조합법 제118조(소기업ㆍ소상공인공제의 사업)

① 소기업ㆍ소상공인공제는 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다. <개정 2023.1.3, 2025.1.21>

1. 소기업ㆍ소상공인공제에 가입한 소기업과 소상공인이 폐업 또는 재난 등 대통령령으로 정하는 공제사유가 발생한 경우 공제금의 지급
