중소기업협동조합법 제101조(가입과 탈퇴)

①제99조에 규정된 자는 중앙회의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 회원이 된다.

②회원은 중앙회의 해산이나 회원 자격의 상실 또는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 탈퇴한다.
