중소기업진흥에 관한 법률 제62조의6(명문장수기업 확인의 취소)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 제62조의5에 따라 명문장수기업으로 확인을 받은 중소기업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 확인을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호의 경우에는 그 확인을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 제1항에 따라 명문장수기업의 확인을 취소하려면 청문을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 제1항에 따라 명문장수기업의 확인을 취소한 경우에는 그 사실을 지체 없이 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 관할 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

④ 제1항에 따른 확인 취소의 구체적 기준 및 세부절차는 대통령령으로 정한다.
