Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 62-4 (Requirements for Long-Lived Distinguished Enterprises)

① 명문장수기업은 부동산업, 일반 유흥 주점업, 무도 유흥 주점업, 사행시설 관리 및 운영업, 그 외 기타 여신 금융업(소비자를 대상으로 단기 자금 대부를 업으로 하는 경우로 한정한다) 등 대통령령으로 정하는 업종에 해당하지 아니하는 기업으로서 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖추어야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>

1. 사업을 개시한 날부터 45년 이상 주된 업종의 변동 없이 계속 사업을 유지하여 온 기업. 이 경우 해당 기업이 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 사업을 계속 유지한 것으로 본다.

가. 「통계법」 제22조제1항에 따라 국가데이터처장이 작성ㆍ고시하는 한국표준산업분류상 동일한 대분류 내의 다른 업종으로 주된 업종을 변경한 경우
