Enforcement Decree of the Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 76-2 (Registration of Appointment of Agents)

중소벤처기업진흥공단은 이사장이 법 제73조의3에 따라 대리인을 선임한 경우에는 선임 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기해야 한다. 등기한 사항이 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2019.4.2, 2025.1.21>
