Enforcement Decree of the Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 72 (Consultation and Approval)

①중소벤처기업부장관은 제71조제2항에 따라 한국중소벤처기업유통원 설립승인신청을 받으면 다음 각 호의 사항을 검토한 후 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 협의를 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2024.10.8>
