중소기업 스마트제조혁신 촉진에 관한 법률 제4조(다른 법률과의 관계)

① 스마트제조혁신 촉진에 관하여 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 것을 제외하고는 이 법에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

② 제조데이터가 「개인정보 보호법」 제2조제1호에 따른 개인정보, 「부정경쟁방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 영업비밀, 「저작권법」 제2조제7호에 따른 저작물등 또는 「중소기업기술 보호 지원에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 중소기업기술을 포함하는 경우 각각 해당 법률에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
