중소기업기본법 시행령 제10조의13(중소기업 지원사업의 신설 또는 변경 협의 운용방안)

중소벤처기업부장관은 중소기업 지원사업의 신설 또는 변경과 관련하여 법 제20조의5에 따른 협의를 원활히 하기 위하여 협의 대상 사업의 기준, 협의 절차 등 세부 운용방안을 정하여 중앙행정기관의 장과 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보해야 한다.
