중견기업 성장촉진 및 경쟁력 강화에 관한 특별법 제29조(권한 또는 업무의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 산업통상부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지방자치단체의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
