중견기업 성장촉진 및 경쟁력 강화에 관한 특별법 제17조의2(기술보호지원에 관한 특례)

매출액 등 기업 규모를 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 중견기업은 「중소기업기술 보호 지원에 관한 법률」 제12조, 제13조, 제18조 및 제23조부터 제28조까지의 규정에 따른 중소기업으로 본다. 다만, 「중소기업기술 보호 지원에 관한 법률」 제23조부터 제28조까지의 규정은 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제31조제1항에 따른 상호출자제한기업집단에 속하는 기업과 관련된 기술분쟁에 한정하여 적용한다. <개정 2020.12.29>
