Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Growth and Strengthening of Competitiveness of Mid-Sized Enterprises, Article 9 (Scope of Mid-Sized Enterprises Eligible for Special Cases of Support for Family Business Succession)

① 법 제15조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 중견기업"이란 직전 사업연도의 매출액이 3천억원 미만인 중견기업을 말한다.
