Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Growth and Strengthening of Competitiveness of Mid-Sized Enterprises, Article 8 (Scope of Mid-Sized Enterprises Excluded from Large-Enterprise E-Learning Operators)

법 제14조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 중견기업"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 중견기업을 말한다.
