Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Growth and Strengthening of Competitiveness of Mid-Sized Enterprises, Article 4-3 (Removal of Members)

산업통상부장관은 법 제6조의2제3항제2호에 따른 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
