중견기업 성장촉진 및 경쟁력 강화에 관한 특별법 시행령 제4조의4(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장이 사고로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 산업통상부차관이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2021.8.6, 2025.10.1>

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 an앤 accident,액서던트 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원장은 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의 개최일 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의안건을 각 위원에게 통지해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 안건의 내용이 경미하거나 긴급하게 처리할 필요가 있는 경우에는 서면으로 심의ㆍ의결할 수 있다.

⑤ 위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접 관련하여 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.
