Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Growth and Strengthening of Competitiveness of Mid-Sized Enterprises, Article 12 (Methods and Procedures of Fact-Finding Surveys and Statistical Surveys, etc.)

① 법 제24조제1항에 따른 중견기업 및 중견기업 후보기업에 관한 실태조사에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2021.9.7, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 법 제24조제1항에 따른 중견기업 및 중견기업 후보기업에 대한 실태조사 및 통계조사(이하 "실태조사등"이라 한다)를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「중소기업진흥에 관한 법률」 제79조의3에 따른 중소기업 현황정보시스템의 기업정보를 활용할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2021.9.7, 2025.10.1>

③ 산업통상부장관은 실태조사등을 효율적으로 실시하기 위하여 정보통신망 또는 전자우편 등 전자적 방식을 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
