중견기업 성장촉진 및 경쟁력 강화에 관한 특별법 시행령 제13조(고유식별정보의 처리 등)

① 산업통상부장관(법 제29조제2항 및 이 영 제15조제2항제2호에 따라 산업통상부장관의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 법 제25조제1항에 따른 중견기업 해당 여부를 확인하기 위하여 불가피한 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호, 제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
