국민주택을 건설ㆍ공급하는 사업주체는 주택건설사업 또는 대지조성사업을 시행할 때 필요한 경우에는 등기소나 그 밖의 관계 행정기관의 장에게 필요한 서류의 열람ㆍ등사나 그 등본 또는 초본의 발급을 무료로 청구할 수 있다.
