Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act, Article 72-2 (Standards for Designating Speculation-Overheated Districts)

① 법 제63조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 충족하는 곳"이란 다음 각 호에 해당하는 곳을 말한다.

가. 해당 지역이 속하는 시ㆍ도의 주택보급률이 전국 평균 이하인 곳

(a)어 Places플레이시즈 where웨어 the^ð더 housing하우징 supply서플라이 ratio^r레이쉬오우 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Do시 to투 which위치 the^ð디 area에^r리아 belongs빌롱즈 is이즈 at앳 or오 below빌로우 the^ð더 national내셔늘 average;애^v버^r리지

나. 해당 지역이 속하는 시ㆍ도의 자가주택비율이 전국 평균 이하인 곳

다. 해당 지역의 분양주택(투기과열지구로 지정하는 날이 속하는 연도의 직전 연도에 분양된 주택을 말한다)의 수가 법 제56조제1항에 따른 입주자저축에 가입한 사람으로서 국토교통부령으로 정하는 사람의 수보다 현저히 적은 곳

② 제1항 각 호에 따른 투기과열지구 지정기준 충족 여부를 판단할 때 제1항 각 호에 규정된 기간에 대한 통계가 없는 경우에는 그 기간과 가장 가까운 월 또는 연도에 대한 통계를 제1항 각 호에 규정된 기간에 대한 통계로 본다.
