주택도시기금법 제23조(이사회)

① 공사의 업무에 관한 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 공사에 이사회를 둔다.

(1) A어 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 on안 important임포턴트 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 Corporation's코퍼^r레이션즈 affairs.어^f페어즈

② 이사회는 사장 및 이사로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 이사회는 이사회 의장이나 재적이사 3분의 1 이상의 요구로 소집하고, 이사회 의장이 그 회의를 주재한다.

(3) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 its잇츠 chairperson체어퍼슨 or오 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 the^ð더 meeting.미팅

④ 이사회는 재적이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors.더^r렉터즈
