주택도시기금법 제22조(임원 및 직원)

① 공사에 임원으로서 사장 1명, 상임이사 5명 이내 및 비상임이사 8명 이내를 둔다. <개정 2019.4.23>

② 임원에 결원이 있을 때에는 새로 임원을 임명하되, 그 임기는 임명된 날부터 계산한다.

③ 공사의 직원은 사장이 임면한다.
