주택도시기금법 제19조(자본금 등)

① 공사의 자본금은 10조원으로 하고, 그 2분의 1 이상을 정부가 출자한다. <개정 2024.1.16>

③ 제1항에 따라 공사가 발행할 주식의 종류, 1주의 금액, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

④ 공사가 주식을 소각하거나 병합하여 자본감소를 결의하는 경우 「상법」 제439조제2항에도 불구하고 채권자에게 10일 이상의 기간을 정하여 이의를 제출할 것을 2개 이상의 일간신문(「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호가목에 따른 일반일간신문을 말한다)에 공고할 수 있다. 이 경우 개별채권자에 대한 최고(催告)는 생략할 수 있다.
