주차장법 시행령 제7조(부설주차장의 인근 설치)

1. 「도로교통법」 제6조에 따라 차량통행이 금지된 장소의 시설물인 경우

3. 시설물의 부지가 너비 12미터 이하인 도로에 접해 있는 경우 도로의 맞은편 토지(시설물의 부지에 접한 도로의 건너편에 있는 시설물 정면의 필지와 그 좌우에 위치한 필지를 말한다)에 부설주차장을 그 도로에 접하도록 설치하는 경우

1. 해당 부지의 경계선으로부터 부설주차장의 경계선까지의 직선거리 300미터 이내 또는 도보거리 600미터 이내
