주차장법 시행령 제12조(부설주차장의 용도변경 등)

1. 「도로교통법」 제6조에 따른 차량통행의 금지 또는 주변의 토지이용 상황 등으로 인하여 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 해당 주차장의 이용이 사실상 불가능하다고 인정한 경우. 이 경우 변경 후의 용도는 주차장으로 이용할 수 없는 사유가 소멸되었을 때에 즉시 주차장으로 환원하는 데에 지장이 없는 경우로 한정하고, 변경된 용도로의 사용기간은 주차장으로 이용이 불가능한 기간으로 한정한다.

7. 「도시교통정비 촉진법 시행령」 제13조의2제1항 각 호에 따른 건축물(「주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정」이 적용되는 공동주택은 제외한다)의 주차장이 「도시교통정비 촉진법」 제33조제1항제4호에 따른 승용차공동이용 지원(승용차공동이용을 위한 전용주차구획을 설치하고 공동이용을 위한 승용자동차를 상시 배치하는 것을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 위하여 사용되는 경우로서 다음 각 목의 모든 요건을 충족하는지 여부에 대하여 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장의 확인을 받은 경우
