제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제9조(피해신고 및 신고처의 설치)

① 위원회는 국내 및 대한민국 재외공관에 제주4ㆍ3사건과 관련한 희생자 및 유족의 피해신고를 접수할 수 있는 신고처를 설치하고 이를 공고하여야 한다.

② 위원회가 피해신고를 접수하는 때에는 신고 후 절차에 관한 사항과 희생자 및 유족의 권리 등에 대하여 충실히 고지하여야 한다.

③ 피해신고와 신고처의 설치 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
