제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제26조(고유식별정보 등의 처리)

① 위원회 또는 실무위원회는 제5조에 따른 희생자 및 유족의 결정, 제12조에 따른 가족관계등록부 작성 또는 정정, 제15조에 따른 직권재심 청구의 권고, 제20조에 따른 실종선고 청구, 제21조의2에 따른 사실상 혼인관계에 관한 결정, 제21조의3에 따른 사실상 양친자관계에 관한 결정, 추가 진상조사에 관한 사항, 보상금등의 지급 등에 관한 사항에 필요한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조제1항에 따른 고유식별정보 등 개인정보가 포함된 자료를 수집ㆍ이용ㆍ처리할 수 있다. <개정 2022.1.11, 2024.1.30>

② 위원회 또는 실무위원회는 제1항에 따라 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조제1항에 따른 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 때에는 해당 정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호하여야 한다.
