제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제18조의5(시효)

이 법에 따른 보상금등을 지급받을 권리는 그 보상금등의 지급결정서 정본이 신청인에게 송달된 날부터 3년간 행사하지 아니하면 시효의 완성으로 소멸한다. 다만, 이 법에 따른 보상금등의 지급에 관한 소송이 제기될 경우에는 소송의 제기가 있는 날부터 확정판결이 있는 날까지 시효가 정지된다.
