제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제11조(진상조사 결과 보고)

① 위원회는 추가 진상조사가 종료된 경우 그 결과를 보고서로 작성ㆍ발간하여 국회에 보고하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 제1항의 보고서를 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 국가의 안전보장, 국민화합과 민주발전을 위하여 불가피하다고 위원회에서 결정한 경우에는 보고서의 일부 내용을 공개하지 아니할 수 있다.
