정보통신공사업법 제9조(감리원의 공사중지명령 등)

① 감리원은 공사업자가 설계도서 및 관련 규정의 내용에 적합하지 아니하게 해당 공사를 시공하는 경우에는 발주자의 동의를 받아 재시공 또는 공사중지명령이나 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 감리원으로부터 재시공 또는 공사중지명령이나 그 밖에 필요한 조치에 관한 지시를 받은 공사업자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
