정보통신공사업법 제76조(벌칙)

1. 제6조에 따른 기술기준을 위반하여 설계 또는 감리를 한 자

2. 제7조제1항을 위반하여 발주한 자

3. 제8조제1항을 위반하여 발주한 자

3의2. 제8조제2항에 따른 감리원 배치기준을 위반하여 공사의 감리를 발주하거나 감리원을 배치한 자

4. 제25조를 위반하여 분리하여 도급하지 아니한 자

5. 제29조를 위반하여 공사업자가 아닌 자에게 도급, 하도급 또는 다시 하도급을 한 자

6. 제33조제1항에 따른 정보통신기술자를 공사현장에 배치하지 아니한 자
