정보통신공사업법 제50조(조합의 책임)

① 조합은 그가 보증한 사항에 관하여 법령이나 그 밖의 계약서 등으로 정하는 바에 따라 보증금을 지급할 사유가 발생하면 그 보증금을 보증채권자에게 지급하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 보증채권자가 조합에 대하여 가지는 보증금에 관한 권리는 보증기간 만료일부터 2년간 행사하지 아니하면 시효로 소멸한다. <개정 2012.1.17>
