정보통신공사업법 시행령 제53조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관(제53조에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우는 해당 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.6>

② 조합은 법 제46조에 따른 사업의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 당사자의 동의를 받아 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

③ 조합은 제2항에 따라 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 때에는 해당 정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호하여야 한다.
