정보통신공사업법 시행령 제37조의3(정보통신설비 유지보수ㆍ관리자의 자격기준)

Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 37-3 (Qualification Criteria for Information and Communications Facility Maintenance and Management Managers)

법 제37조의4제2항에 따른 정보통신설비 유지보수ㆍ관리자로 선임되려는 자는 다음 각 호의 자격기준을 모두 충족해야 한다.
